Player: Mal S. (he/him)
About: Paul's a bright grad student who should have been out of university years ago. Unfortunately, he has no idea what his research is about anymore, all his friends have gone their separate ways, and his high-achieving family all think he's the runt of the litter. He likes others much more than he likes himself. He can be a little shy, but tries to be friendly. Really, Paul's a guy who, somewhere along the way, stopped doing himself justice. He wants to correct that, and prove to others (and himself) that he's not the screw-up he thinks he is.
Appearance: Paul's sort of messy. He tries to dress for the job he wants and not for the job he has, but what starts as a blazer and waistcoat etc ends up by the end of the day as a loosened tie and unbuttoned waistcoat, one sleeve cuff done up and the other not. He has short, sandy blond hair and a slightly boyish face, made all the more boyish by his round thin-frame glasses.
His mind's often somewhere else. When people start conversation with him, it sometimes takes his mind a moment to just come back from wherever it is and start occupying his body again. Paul is, without a doubt, scatterbrained.
