General Skills

Unlike Quality Skills, these Skills can be taken by anyone of any Quality. These are the Skills that can be learnt by anyone with sufficient instruction, time and dedication.

Hardy

Lvl 1 You've learnt how to take a beating and still walk away with your head held high. You have a higher pain tolerance than most, allowing you to endure more damage.

Lvl 2 Your toughness is more than just a front; that would imply it didn't also affect your insides. Drugs and poisons will take longer to affect you.

Lvl 3 Your body is a fortress into which you have built redundancy after redundancy into its protection. You are immune to all poisons and drugs and you can hold your breath for a significant amount of time.

Athlete

Lvl 1 Sprinter: You can run short distances faster than the average person.

Lvl 2 Jumper: You can jump twice as far and twice as high as an average person can.

Lvl 3 Climber: You can scale walls so long as there are visible hand and foothold, even if these are natural.

Photographic Memory

Lvl 1 You are blessed with the ability to recall things that you have seen with startling accuracy. You can memorise written words and images with 20 minutes of concentration.

Lvl 2 Your memory allows you to store not just snapshots, but entire scenes. You can precisely recount an event you experienced and can recall details other may have missed.

Lvl 3 Your memory has improved so much not even a mind palace can contain the wealth of information you can recall at the drop of a hat. It now only takes you 5 minutes of concentration to memorise a standard length text or image.

NOTE: This will manifest as some level of GM-on-call knowledge, but also extra written information that you may reference at your own time. When memorising something, you must remain in the same room for the duration and not perform any other actions that require your attention, but you may still talk freely.

Keen Eye

Lvl 1 You have an eye specialised in spotting the diamonds among the rough. You can identify the quality, cost and features (carats, hardness, etc) of minerals and stones.

Lvl 2 Being naturally talented at spotting wealth is one thing, but pair that with your immense collector's network, and the potential is almost limitless. You can identify who previously owned or currently owns a precious object.

Lvl 3 Your ability to discern the valuable among the useless now encompasses far more than pretty gems. Due to your ability to hone in on the most important details, you will receive additional hidden information from studying an artefact, document or art piece.

Hoarder

Lvl 1 You don't have to carry everything around with you, but what if you need it? You have an increased carrying capacity and can take two more things (smaller than a dining chair) between libraries1)2).

Lvl 2 See! I told you this would come in handy one day. You have access to a wide range of mundane items no larger than a shoebox. You can take up to four more things between libraries (smaller than a dining chair), or one additional big thing larger than a dining chair.

Lvl 3 You have everything you could ever need right to hand. You have access to most mundane items up to the size of a rucksack. You can take up to six more things between libraries (smaller than a dining chair) or two big things larger than a dining chair.

1)
Base carrying capacity can be found here.
2)
This skill differs from the Wonder skill Resourceful in that Hoarder deals with mundane, multi-use items. Unlike Resourceful, you also have these items on hand.
