+**Appearance:** Paul's sort of messy. He tries to dress for the job he wants and not for the job he has, but what starts as a blazer and waistcoat etc ends up by the end of the day as a loosened tie and unbuttoned waistcoat, one sleeve cuff done up and the other not. He has short, sandy blond hair and a slightly boyish face, made all the more boyish by his round thin-frame glasses.
+His mind's often somewhere else. When people start conversation with him, it sometimes takes his mind a moment to just come back from wherever it is and start occupying his body again. Paul is, without a doubt, scatterbrained.
